Terms and conditions

Signing up an account on this website, the registant agrees in the following terms and conditions:

1. Definitions

a) HN90
"HN90" in terms of these terms and conditions is the legal owner of the services offered on this website (see about us).

b) HN90 portals
"HN90 portals" in terms of these terms and conditions are entire websites, created by HN90 that consist of several linked web pages showing contents and ads regarding various topics.

c) User
"User" in terms of these terms and conditions is everybody, who has successfully signed up an account on the hn90.com website.

2. License of use

HN90 grants free license on the following conditions to display HN90 portals on the user's domains and to generate commissions for ads shown on those portals residing on the user's domains by using HN90's inclusion technology.

Conditions for the free use of HN90's inclusion technology and for the free display of HN90 portals:

a) The user must define each domain on which he wants to show an HN90 portal, in his admin interface on this website. The user is not allowed to show HN90 portals on domains that are not registered at HN90.

b) The user must not add or remove anything to/from the files that include and show the HN90 portal.

c) It is strictly forbidden to the user, to click or to have third parties or automatic programs clicked on his own ads showing up on his own HN90 portal for generating higher commissions. Activities of that kind that are traced by HN90's click-tracing routines, are criminal offense and a complaint will be lodged in the user's country.

d) It is strictly forbidden to enter offensive, illegal or pornographic expressions into the free definable fields of an HN90 portal.

The license of use is granted at the moment of the user's registration on the website hn90.com and is valid for unlimited time unless countermanded.

3. User consideration / revenue

The user gets 80 % of all ad revenues that are generated from his domain. The ad revenues that are generated from the user's domain, are automatically registered by HN90's click and conversion tracking and will then be booked to the user's virtual account. The booking of all revenues is made on every weekday at a time stated on the HN90 website for the previous day or weekend/public holiday.

4. Revenue payouts

When the user's account balance reaches 100.00 Euros, it will be payed out on the 10th day of the next but one month, using the payment method that the user has defined in his admin interface (Example: If the account balance has reached 100.00 Euros on January 31, it will be paid out automatically on March 10). If the user's account balance is less than 100.00 Euros, it will remain in the user's virtual account at HN90 until it either reaches 100.00 Euros or the user closes his account.

5. Payed services

Certain services are payed services. The relevant prices are stated on the HN90 website.

Payed services overview :

a) Unique layout (One-time fee per Domain)
Choosing this option, HN90 will create a unique layout that is used for one domain only and will never be used for any other domain. A unique layout may increase the domain´s position on search engines. The layout and the design remain intellectual property of HN90.

b) Unique content (Subscription price per Domain; cancelable at any time)
This option is quite powerful, if it is important to be considered relevant by the search engines on the longer view and to increase the search engines position and the Pagerank^TM. The UNIQUE CONTENT option includes:
- Embedding of individual keywords defined by the user into all Meta Tags.
- Individually written content of about 220 words on each page of the user's HN90 portal, optimized for his keywords, updated monthly.
- A news-section on the startup page, consisting of 5 short text messages, updated monthly.
The Unique content option is a monthly subscription. For subscription charges please refer to the current prices on the HN90 website. The subscription is renewed automatically unless it is not canceled by the user. The cancelation is possible at any time without adherance to a time limit. If the subscription is canceled, the last contents and news made remain on the domain and will not be updated any more the next month.

6. Abusive or illegitimate use

Any violation of the rules stated in section # 2 of these terms and conditions will lead to the complete loss of payment rights and to the termination of the license of use. The user will have to pay a license fee of 500.00 Euros for every day in which he is violating or has third parties violate the rules stated in section # 2 of these terms and conditions or shows or has shown HN90 portals illegitimately on his or third parties' domains.

7. Countermand of the license of use

The license of use may be countermanded by HN90 at any time and without stating reasons or prior notice. For the countermand of the license of use suffices an e-mail sent by HN90 to the address that the user has defined at his registration. After the countermand of the license of use, the user's right to show HN90 portals on the internet and to use the HN90 files in any way is terminated. If the user has generated revenues during the use of HN90, these revenues will be paid out to the user, if he has not used HN90 in an abusive or illegitimate way before (see # 6).

8. Liability and legal consequences

HN90 is not liable for the contents of external links and for contents or ads that are delivered by third parties. Furthermore, the user has all possibilities to enter legal information and have them displayed on his HN90 portal. HN90 is not liable for possible consequences, if the user does not display these information on his portal. Firthermore, HN90 is neither liable for changes of the evaluation of the user's domain by third parties (Pagerank or other evaluations) nor for the porsitioning of the user's domain in the search engines or other listings on the internet.
